Beijing-born and based, Sonic has experience as a performer, songwriter, and mixer. As a multi-instrumentalist, Sonic is proficient as a drummer, guitarist and keyboardist. Sonic's music aims to connect with its audiences through samplings of daily mundane sound fragments and envelop them in a cinematic experience.

Sonic is a signed artist at Taihe Rye Record label, as the drummer and songwriter of the band Vitamin.

Sonic had collaborated with various artists worldwide, such as Jazz performer Sedar Chin (Golden Melody Award winner), the brownie band, Default, and Click#15, as well as producers such as Anders Gukko, Adrian Enegård, and Amanda Liedberg.

Sonic has experience with OST (Original Soundtrack) compositions. As the songwriter for Kaishu Story, China's leading children's content enterprise, Sonic's OST music has gained 14+ million plays and 4200+ comments.

With a strong interest in psychology, Sonic is currently investigating his way to becoming a music therapist as well.
